Thanks Carla for the comment, try the digital altering, you never know what you gonna get (thinking in my best Forrest Gump voice in my head) and also see what it looks like inverted, a masterpiece waiting to happen! Enjoy

I don't know what Pistachio Brittle is, think I never eat it but it surely looks nice... Simple but very beautifl, especially the way it fades on the top..

Thanks Erik, it's a great candy/toffee and actually not seen as much as other varieties: Peanut Brittle and Cashew Brittle. I never think of the calories because I focus on the health aspects of the nuts! You do what you gotta do...
