A new world begins, forming itself out of the rubble, the mess of the past. A new order and new tomorrows follow from the horrors of the past, bringing all the glories that were and another try for humankind to show they've learned from the mistakes of the past. In this image you see a metaphor for this series of changes, the bottom windows of the bridge show the world as it was at the beginning, the second level of the bridge shows a hint of the "rubble", the mess, the problems, the devestation, and then you see over the top of the bridge, the new world, the new order, the rise out of the rubble, whether good or bad.
